Change of heart
If you change your mind about an order you received, you can return it within 14 days from the day of the receipt. All returns are coordinated by our support department, so before shipping back your unwanted order please contact us for return instructions
Unwanted products must be returned unused and in good condition, in its original packaging. The right to withdraw within the 14 days period exists to allow you to examine the product in the same way as you would in a shop. You must take care to ensure that the product is properly packaged so that it will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then the return/refund may be rejected.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs of the product when you cancel within the 14 days period due to change of heart.
Defective or faulty products
If you notice a product defect or fault at the time of receipt, or the product does not conform to your order, you have the right to return the product. Please contact our support department as soon as you become aware of any problems.
Our support department will provide you with instructions on how to send back the product. After the receipt of the returned product and it's inspection, we will provide you with a replacement or a refund, in accordance to your preference and/or stock availability. Products that have been misused or changed may not be eligible for returns.
When you are eligible for a refund, the refund will be made relative to the used payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
